The free templates

The spreadsheets are free to download, use, copy and change for your own records. They are provided as is.

Requirements for applications and licensure change, and they differ by program, board and state. The templates reflect our best reading of published requirements at the time they were made, and they say which rules they assume. They are not legal or professional advice. Before you rely on a number, check it against your application service, your certification board or your state board, which are always the final word.

Founding preorders

• What it is. A preorder locks the founding price for the product described at checkout, and gives you access before the waitlist when Hourcrest opens.
• What it is not. Hourcrest is in development. A preorder does not give you access to anything today, and we have not promised a launch date.
• Refunds. You can get a full refund any time before launch, with no reason needed. Reply to your receipt or write to hello@hourcrest.com. If Hourcrest does not open, every preorder is refunded in full without you having to ask.
• When it opens. We email you with access. If what we ship is not what you preordered, you can take the refund instead.
• Checkout. Payments run on Whop, and Whop's terms apply to the payment itself.

Your records

Your hours are yours. When the app opens, logging stays free, and you can export everything you have entered at any time, free, including after you stop paying.
